The World Trade Center Baltimore (WTCB) is Baltimore’s signature office building and the focal point of Maryland’s world famous Inner Harbor. It is an I.M. The World Trade Center Baltimore is 31 stories tall, with 28 floors of rentable office area. Three upper floors and a basement contain the building’s systems and rentable storage areas. The 21st floor is the “hub floor,” with both high rise and low rise elevator service and is currently an amenities floor containing a market, a 20-person conference room for building tenants and two banquet/reception rooms. Storage spaces are located in the basement, as well as on some floors throughout the building. The basement also contains a 4,500+/- square foot loading area accessed from loading ramps off Pratt Street.
Each office floor has a versatile average floor plate of approximately 10,900 rentable square feet, with column free office areas on all five sides surrounding a central core.
